Oliver helped us find our house. That doesn’t sound like much, but our list of conflicting criteria meant that both he and ourselves thought that no such place existed. Three years of searching on our own had been fruitless, other than making us consider again and again which particular requirements we would have to abandon. Oliver was steadfast throughout, talking us out of places that were too compromised. He helped us immeasurably from before the time we even hired him, till long after the deal was done. In the end, he found the ideal place for us, in the ideal spot. He urged us to pounce, which we did, and he was right. He also helped us through a tricky purchase process. From start to finish, his help was exactly what one would hope for.
